ASCII Character Set (for PCs with the <ALT> key and all platforms
with HTML tags)
To incorporate extended ASCII into documents
using the <ALT> key (for PC users), first, depress the <Num Lock>
key. Second, while holding down the <ALT> key (on the right-hand side of
the keyboard), type (sequentially) the number codes provided (again, on the
right-hand side of the keyboard). Finally, release the <ALT> and
<Num Lock> keys.
